2024 Commencement Ceremony
Dear Faculty,
You are cordially invited to participate in the School of Nursing Commencement on Saturday, June 15th in Royce Hall at 8:30am. Please use the Qualtrics survey link below to indicate whether you intend to participate that day. Faculty participation involves wearing regalia and sitting on stage for the duration of the ceremony (ending approximately at 10:45am). This survey also includes a question about your availability to attend our Blue and Gold Ceremony for our BS and MECN programs on Saturday June 8th.
If you need to rent regalia with UC colors, please do so by May 17. For non-UC colors, orders are due April 12. If you plan to pay via credit card, please use this link here, this will direct you to the UCLA Store to place your order and you will need to include your height/degree/school information in the required fields.
For faculty that wish to pay via check, please fill out the attached regalia order form and return to the Student Affairs Office (via email to ldelriomorquecho@sonnet.ucla.edu or in-person) before April 12 for non UC colors and before May 17th for UC colors. All orders will be delivered to the Student Affairs Office after 06/03. The Student Affairs team will contact faculty regarding pickup.
We will also be holding a virtual Commencement Q&A session for faculty on Friday May 17th at noon more information will be forthcoming.
